For any field changes, please contact the Region 7 Scheduler with the following:
* Approval from the RC
* Approval from the coach you plan to switch with.
* Your transition plan in this format: 
 - - - - -Team G16-01-Deluga wants to move from St B Tuesdays 6-7pm to St B Wednesdays 8-9pm
or 
 - - - - - Team B12-02-Smith (Mondays Field 1) wants to swap with B12-04-Joe (Mondays Field 2)
* Make sure you include your division, age group, team name, and if you are not the coach, include their name and approval for the change.
